c)     Rental assessments and sales and acquisition of properties for clients.

3.      Property development

Real creates value by identifying superior locations and development of prime real estate.

4.     Management

Real specializes in asset and portfolio management, property and facility management, accounting and reporting, construction management and receivership services,

Our duties include:

a)      Rent and service charge collections

b)     Preparation of budgets

c)     Issuance of monthly, quarterly and yearly statements of accounts and property reports.

d)     Attending to tenant issues

e)     Administration of all services in buildings including negotiation of maintenance contracts.
